This notice explains the cookies and browser storage used by the My-Trains.com Help Center and support-ticket system at support.my-trains.com. It supplements the My-Trains.com Privacy Statement.
How this support site uses storage
Necessary cookies support secure ticket access, email verification, requested chatbot sessions, rate limiting, abuse prevention, and storage of your privacy choice. These functions cannot operate reliably without the related storage.
With permission where required, the Help Center uses limited first-party documentation analytics. A short-lived browser marker helps distinguish a first article view from repeat views. Aggregate article views, the referring page or site when available, and reading-completion information help us improve the Knowledge Base. Referring URLs are reduced to avoid retaining query strings. This information is not used for advertising, and this support site does not enable Google Analytics or marketing cookies.
Current cookie and storage inventory
The inventory below is maintained through CookieAdmin. An asterisk in a storage name represents a variable identifier, such as the Knowledge Base article being viewed.

Manage your choices
Visitors in regions where permission is required can allow or decline documentation analytics from the privacy banner. Necessary storage remains active because it provides security and support features you request. You can reopen privacy settings using the privacy-preferences icon displayed on the site.
You can also remove cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out of a ticket, end an active chatbot conversation, or cause the site to ask for your privacy choice again.
