The My-Trains AI workspace is part of the TIM experience, while hosted provider usage is prepaid separately.
Who can activate or purchase #
- For a Personal inventory, the eligible billing owner manages the AI choice.
- For a Club inventory, an authorized Club manager manages activation and hosted-credit purchases.
- The underlying TIM membership must be active and allow editing.
Activate with hosted credits #
- Open My-Trains AI in the intended inventory.
- Choose a hosted-credit pack.
- Complete Stripe-hosted Checkout.
- Return to My-Trains AI and allow Stripe's signed payment confirmation to complete.
Opening Checkout or returning to My-Trains does not activate access by itself. The first completed, verified credit-pack payment activates the entitlement and deposits the credits automatically.
Credit behavior #
- Recurring allowance credits, when provided, reset each month.
- Additional purchased credits roll over while the My-Trains AI access remains active.
- Purchased credits are scoped to the Personal user or selected Club inventory, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- One credit normally covers one identification attempt for one item using up to four prepared photos.
- Uploading photos alone uses no credit.
- A displayed credit is committed once the provider request starts, including when the provider cannot identify the item or the connection fails after submission.
- A failure before provider submission releases the reservation.
Refunds are limited to unused credits. A partially used pack requires support review. Stripe handles card details; My-Trains does not store them.
