My-Trains.com checks three separate conditions before opening an inventory.
Account status #
Pending approval means the account is waiting for site review. Active or Trusted means the account can use TIM within its assigned access. Suspended means TIM access is paused by a site administrator.
Membership status #
Payment required means checkout has not completed. Active means the Personal or Club membership is currently usable. Past due, canceled, or expired can restrict normal browsing and editing according to the paid-through date and billing state.
Club access #
A club request can be pending, approved, or declined. Approval assigns Viewer, Editor, or Manager access to one specific club inventory. Club approval does not replace account approval or activate an unpaid Club Membership.
Expected result #
TIM opens only when the account, membership, and inventory assignment all allow the requested access. Read the notice on the TIM onboarding or Membership page to identify which condition still needs attention.
