My-Trains.com gives model railroaders a private place to organize a Personal collection or a shared Club collection. Its collection application is Train Inventory Manager, commonly called TIM.
What TIM can help record #
- Locomotives, rolling stock, train sets, track, structures, electronics, tools, scenery, and other assets.
- Manufacturer and product facts from the shared governed Product Catalog.
- Private photographs, documents, purchase details, values, storage, maintenance, projects, and loans.
- DCC decoders, addresses, configuration notes, and JMRI roster facts.
- Layout locations, tracks, physical car cards, waybill inserts, train or job cards, and operating sessions.
- Reports, QR and NFC links, imports, exports, and portable backups.
My-Trains AI #
My-Trains AI can turn useful box, label, barcode, or model photos into proposed item fields and ranked Product Catalog evidence. The member reviews every value before anything is saved. Each analysis uses exactly one displayed provider-billing method: My-Trains hosted credits, an OpenAI API account, or an Anthropic API account.
Personal and Club use #
A Personal Membership covers one collector's Personal inventory. A Club Membership covers one shared Club inventory for up to 10 people, including the Primary Club Manager. Every person uses an individual My-Trains.com account.
Try before joining #
Use the interactive demo for a temporary sample-data tour. When the production offer is active, eligible new Personal collectors may instead start a 60-day trial with a real inventory and no credit card.
My-Trains.com and Train Inventory Manager are services operated by NLD Group, LLC.
