An active Personal collector can use the Membership workspace for three distinct Club paths.
Join an existing Club #
Choose Join an existing club, select an available approved Club, and submit the request. A Club Manager reviews the assignment. If the Club is not available for direct requests, ask its Manager for an invitation rather than registering the Club again. A pending join request can be withdrawn before approval.
Create a new empty Club inventory #
Choose the new-Club action, select Create a new empty club inventory, enter the proposed name and details, and submit it for site-administrator review. After approval, TIM creates a separate shared inventory and assigns the requester as its first Manager. The Personal inventory remains separate.
Convert a Personal inventory in place #
Choose the new-Club action, select an eligible Personal inventory, confirm that it will become shared with approved Club members, and submit the conversion for administrator review.
Conversion preserves the same inventory ID, records, protected files, history, QR and NFC references, and export relationships. It does not copy and delete the Personal inventory and does not create a duplicate.
A paid Personal inventory can convert only on or after its already-paid Personal term ends so Personal and Club charges do not overlap. Unpaid or complimentary Personal records may proceed after administrator review when otherwise eligible.
Joining or creating a Club never copies an unrelated Personal collection automatically. Use in-place conversion only when the whole eligible Personal inventory should become the Club inventory; use a reviewed export and import when intentionally moving selected records between two inventories.
